MoreThere are better restaurants around. The location and window view seats are great, and the wine was excellent, but everything else was a little disappointing. The bread was mushy and doughy. I ordered a pasta dish with a lobster tail, shrimp, clams and mussels. It came with chewey pasta, not enough sauce and the fish was just okay. I also only got half a lobster tail with not much meat. I have been before and have had better food.

The environment is awesome the bartenders were awesome to us and everybody sitting there was really friendly and super nice to talk to. On top of all that the food is absolutely incredible we had some calamari it was delicious definitely recommend this place one of the best I would think in the North End!!! 🤗😎

MoreWe arrived just before they closed for lunch, and they were kind enough to seat us and take our orders right away before the kitchen closed. Our table by the open window was excellent for people watching! My fettuccine carbonara was SO GOOD and the serving size was perfect for lunch.

This is my new standard for lobster ravioli! This was perfect- the sauce was rich, yet not overpowering. The lobster flavor came though very nicely- as well as in the sauce. Their tiramisu was quite good and their salads were fresh light and refreshing. Service was fast and the restaurant has a nice ambiance.

So glad we passed by, Google the area, and found this place! It is definitely nothing fancy, exactly what we were looking for. All we wanted was some wine and nice Italian food at a comfortable cute place. And we found it! The food was so yummy. Our server was so nice and polite. I had a little problem with my first dish and our server said no problem - tell me what you want instead and I will give it to you. She was so nice and understanding. I had a 15 min wait, and I used that time to quick grab a cannoli from Mike's Pastry.The restaurant is quite popular and almost full house when I visited. The waiter was really helpful in making me understand the menu. The service was nice, quite fast and the food tasted delicious. I ordered lasagna and it's one the best place to try if you like lasagna!

The restaurant was quite full and noisy but it was a ‘happy noise’ so not the place for quiet, intimate dining. My Tortilloni ai Porcini was perfect. The cod was perfectly cooked and ‘melt in the mouth’ delicious according to my husband.

We were able to walk right in and get a table (it was a Wednesday night around 6pm). It is a small restaurant but tastefully decorated and cozy. First I ordered a meal and as my other friends were ordering there’s I decided I wanted to switch mine as soon as our server was done taking the last order. Unfortunately when I asked, he told me he already submitted it and it couldn’t be changed. I also ordered a beer twice and it wasn’t till the third time I asked when it came out. Atmosphere was great, food wasn’t bad, but when we rack up a 400 dollar tab between meals and drinks I expect to be able to change my order when I ask. Especially when it was within seconds of the last person ordering.

Some of the other waiters were a bit sloppy looking, and nobody was memorably friendly. The upstairs bathroom wasn’t available when we visited. I’ll definitely be going back for the food!!

Service was slow, food was good. Keg kicked at beginning of meal when we ordered another .... new keg would not pour... only produced foam... bartender never offered anything else to drink... had to call him back to get a water to wash food down. Not an overall great experience.

Neither was good. (And what Italian restaurant has mediocre bread and mediocre olive oil) I then had lobster ravioli as entree. Portion size was OK but the flavoring was mild and not memorable. The raviolis themselves were a little hard almost as if previously frozen. The good news is that my daughter liked her eggplant parm. Not a bad experience overall but not at all impressive. I personally would not go back but your experience may differ,
MoreNice atmosphere which isn't any different than what you'd expect in the North End. However, having Ben behind the bar raises the level of this place above the surrounding restaurants in that it has a bit of a higher end feel than most of the places in the neighborhood.
